Phosphor is 1,200 icons in four weights — thin, light, regular, bold — each drawn on a 24px grid and hand-tuned for optical correctness. These aren't algorithmically scaled. Every icon was looked at and adjusted for how it reads at actual use size. SVG, PNG, icon font, and Figma library all included.

The optical correction on these is incredible — you can tell every icon was hand-tuned. The four-weight system gives me flexibility I didn't know I was missing.
